At Liberty, we have long held the view that we would rather do a few things very, very well, than try to blanket the market with services, and risk lapses in quality and reliability. That's why we've remained laser focused on our core markets in personal injury, disability and standard of care. It allows us the discipline to deeply understand our clients' needs and our experts' abilities, and avoid the pitfalls of trying to be all things to all people.
Are there larger, and potentially more lucrative markets we could pursue? Of course there are, but no one, and no company can do all things well. We'll leave it to others to try.
Staying Engaged
The founders of Liberty remain actively involved in the management of the company. This allows us to maintain the small-business devotion to customer service and attention to detail, even as our growth has accelerated, and the number of experts and clients we serve has increased dramatically. Our commitment, to the experts and clients we serve, is to maintain this focus in the years ahead, and to never lose sight of the things that really count, our relationships with experts, clients and the medical-legal community.
